At 6:45 this morning, 26 January, the CIBE control room detected vehicles blocking Longifolia and Syringa Roads. SAPS and Metro were immediately contacted and on arrival cleared the vehicles. Our security team was advised that this low key protest was allegedly coordinated by a local business forum demanding business opportunities within the precinct. We will share more information as we receive it.
