We spotted this Melinisnrepens in Ptn 13 which has recently been sub-divided with an access road. This pioneer grass species, also known as Natal Red Top, starts off red and fades to white as they mature. It thrives in disturbed areas providing a great example of fortitude during difficult circumstances.
