Cornubia

The Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE) is the most well-developed part of the greater Cornubia development. Made up of 70 ha of platform and 480 000m² of bulk for light industrial uses, including warehousing, distribution, service orientated business and offices, outside of Dube Tradeport, Cornubia is the only area in KZN where industrial purchasers/tenants can acquire fully serviced industrial land with development rights in the medium to long term. Underpinning the value of this Estate is Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate Management Association (CIBEMA), which collectively manage public space in the CIBE Estate, with the public and private sector, the eThekwini Municipality, and surrounding local communities.
