March has been a productive month for CIBEMA, with a strong focus on essential maintenance, municipal collaboration and precinct safety. From water infrastructure repairs to traffic light fixes and ongoing landscaping efforts, the teams have ensured that operations run smoothly while maintaining the precinct’s appearance and security.
All Leaks Repaired
eThekwini’s Water Department was onsite to repair leaks on Crassula and Crispa Roads, successfully resolving all reported water faults. These repairs prevent service disruption and help maintain reliable water access across the precinct.
Traffic Flow and Signals Restored
Over the course of the month, eThekwini repaired faulty traffic lights on Tottum Road, restoring safe and efficient vehicle movement. Additionally, a contractor assessed the traffic circle on Crassula Road, and upgrades have commenced, further improving traffic management in the precinct.
