September was another productive month for Cornubia Industrial & Business Estate, with ongoing maintenance and environmental management initiatives helping maintain the precinct’s professional appearance and operational efficiency.
Cleanups, Landscaping and General Maintenance
With 234 refuse bags used in the month, CIBEMA continued to focus on keeping key routes, landscaped areas and public spaces clean, attractive and functional. Teams carried out extensive cleaning, greening and maintenance activities across the estate, including grass cutting, verge maintenance, sweeping, garden maintenance, and weed and poster removal.
Work was undertaken along key routes including:

- Belladonna Road
- Tottum Road
- Longifolia Road
- Crassula Road
- JG Champion Drive
Environmental Management a Priority
Beyond routine maintenance, teams continued to focus on environmental management and landscape upkeep throughout September. Key interventions included:
- Ongoing garden maintenance and landscaping
- Weed control programmes
- Road reserve upkeep
Security remained stable throughout the month, with no security-related incidents reported within the estate. The precinct’s security teams also demonstrated their broader community support role when assisting an employee who had been robbed and stabbed while travelling to work, providing immediate first aid assistance and support.
