289 refuse bags, garden upgrades and road repairs in July

Cleaning, Greening and Maintenance

Despite the winter chill, our Cleaning, Greening and Maintenance (CGM) team kept the momentum going throughout July with a full programme of upkeep and enhancements across the precinct.

Landscape and Verge Maintenance

A key focus this month was on tree pruning, both to maintain a neat aesthetic and to improve CCTV visibility—an important step in maintaining safety within the precinct.

In line with seasonal preparations, our team undertook replanting and watering of hedges and gardens to help retain moisture and improve plant health as we move closer to spring.

Infrastructure Repairs and Waste Management

Damaged kerbs and bollards were repaired or replaced to support safe vehicle and pedestrian movement, while efforts were also made to expand the precinct’s environmental initiatives. The Super Mama’s recycling area was extended, and a new waste storage zone was established along Belladonna Road.

Refuse Collection

A total of 289 refuse bags were used in July as part of regular litter collection and roadside clearing, helping keep the precinct clean and free of debris.

Every task completed by our CGM team contributes to the bigger picture: a safe, attractive, and functional environment for all CIBE stakeholders. We thank you for your ongoing support.
