CIBE has had another productive month of landscaping, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements. As a result, the precinct remains both operationally efficient and visually appealing.
Zero Security Incidents Reported This Month
We are pleased to report that there were no security-related incidents in April, reinforcing CIBE’s position as a safe and secure environment for businesses, employees, and visitors.
Verge Cutting Across 3 Key Roads & Gardens Replanted
The CIBEMA maintenance team has remained on schedule, completing verge cutting along Longifolia, Crassula, and Crispa Roads. In addition, precinct boundary cutting and weed spraying were carried out to maintain clear perimeters, improve visibility, and support security operations. Gardens were also replanted and refreshed at both Tottum Road and Belladonna Road.

Infrastructure Upgrades on Crassula Road
Key highlights for the month were also the successful completion of the Crassula Road traffic circle upgrade in collaboration with eTM, as well as the CIBEMA team replacing several damaged bollards. These improvements enhance:
- Traffic flow and efficiency
- Road safety within the precinct
- Overall infrastructure quality

Through consistent effort and proactive management, CIBE continues to provide a safe, efficient, and visually appealing environment for all stakeholders.
