327 Bags Collected as Focus Shifts to Garden Upgrades and Kerb Repairs

Cleaning, Greening and Maintenance

With vegetation growth slowing during the winter season, June saw a strategic shift in focus for the Cleaning, Greening, and Maintenance (CGM) teams in the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE). Instead of intensive grass cutting, resources were directed toward essential infrastructure and greening upgrades.

Kerb Repairs and Garden Enhancements

Kerb repairs across the precinct were prioritised, ensuring improved road safety and a more polished streetscape.

Meanwhile, replanting efforts were undertaken to refresh existing gardens, and new garden areas were developed to boost the aesthetic appeal of the precinct’s shared spaces.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Litter Removal

Despite the shift in focus, cleaning operations remained consistent. The team collected 327 bags of litter during the month of June, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to high standards of cleanliness throughout the precinct.

Looking Ahead

These efforts reflect our approach to seasonal maintenance — responsive, purposeful, and always geared toward improving the look, feel, and function of the precinct.
