July was another positive month for CIBE, with cleaning, greening and maintenance teams continuing to deliver services that keep the precinct safe, attractive and business-friendly.
Alongside ongoing landscaping and infrastructure improvements, the month also highlighted the continued growth and investment taking place within the estate.
Clean Up Operations: 440 Refuse Bags Being Cleared
Routine cleaning and maintenance operations remained a priority this month, ensuring public spaces and road reserves remained neat and welcoming. Some of the key activities included:
- Verge maintenance throughout the precinct
- Leaf collection and general clean-up operations
- Irrigation of gardens and landscaped areas
- Tree trimming to improve CCTV visibility
- Planting of berm gardens along JG Champion Drive
- Repairs to damaged signage, bollards and kerbing
In total, the team utilised 440 refuse bags during July, reflecting the ongoing effort required to maintain the high standards expected within the precinct.
Infrastructure Improvements Support Safety & Functionality
Several targeted interventions focused on improving the appearance and functionality of the estate. These included:
- Continued planting of berm gardens to discourage unsafe vehicle movements
- Repair and replacement of damaged bollards
- Upgrades to precinct signage
- Kerbing repairs at key locations
- Tree trimming to improve surveillance visibility and support security operations
7 Development Sites Reflect Continued Investment Confidence
Beyond maintenance activities, development activity within the precinct remains encouraging. We currently have 3 sites under construction, and 4 sites undergoing Design Review.
