A month of Lawns, verges, kerbs and 433 refuse bags in CIBE

As we move towards the end of the year, our cleaning, greening, and maintenance efforts at the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE) remain in full swing. November has been a productive month, with significant progress made to ensure the precinct continues to look its best and function efficiently.

Grass Cutting and Garden Maintenance

Maintaining lush and tidy green spaces has been a priority this month. Our team continued their routine grass cutting and garden maintenance, which included pruning, weeding, and spraying weeds to keep the precinct looking well-groomed. Earlier this month, a snapper grass cutting machine was brought on-site to help the team stay on schedule with their grass-cutting tasks. This addition ensured that all areas were addressed promptly, keeping the precinct in top condition.

Fun fact: We have used 433 refuse bags this month to keep the precinct clean and tidy.

Kerb Repairs on Crassula Road

Infrastructure maintenance has also been a key focus. Repairs to damaged kerbs on Crassula Road are currently underway. The work involves removing damaged kerbs, leveling the affected areas, and repairing or replacing pavers as needed. These repairs are essential for maintaining the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the precinct’s infrastructure, ensuring safety and a professional appearance for all who work and visit CIBE.

Progress continues on the CCTV expansion project

With two of the four new camera kiosks now connected to power. These will be completed and brought online soon, enhancing the precinct’s security coverage. Additionally, the number plate recognition camera on Syringa Road is expected to go live shortly, once the surge protection unit has been installed. These updates are vital steps in bolstering our precinct’s safety infrastructure.

As November draws to a close, we remain committed to upholding the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appeal of the precinct. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue working towards a well-maintained and thriving Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate.
