Managing Peak Growth Season in CIBE

February has been a busy month for the cleaning, greening, and maintenance teams in the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE). With consistent rainfall and high temperatures fueling rapid vegetation growth, our focus has remained on grass cutting and garden maintenance to keep the precinct well-manicured and accessible.

Managing Rapid Vegetation Growth

The combination of heat and rain has led to an acceleration in plant and grass growth, requiring additional effort from our teams. Grass cutting has remained a priority across the precinct, ensuring that verges and public spaces are kept neat. Landscaping staff have also been hard at work on Syringa Road, maintaining gardens and ensuring green spaces remain presentable despite the fast-growing vegetation.

Restoring Order After Heavy Rains

With increased rainfall this month, clearing debris and maintaining infrastructure have been critical tasks. Our teams have been actively cleaning up sidewalks and fixing traffic circles that were affected by heavy rains. These efforts help prevent blockages, maintain accessibility, and ensure that the precinct remains safe for pedestrians and vehicles.

Keeping CIBE Clean and Well-Maintained

Litter collection remains an ongoing focus, and this month alone, 373 refuse bags were used to keep the precinct clean. As always, maintaining a well-kept environment is a collective effort, and we appreciate the cooperation of businesses and property owners in keeping CIBE a clean and professional space

Once the season shifts and the demand for grass cutting eases, our teams will resume other projects to further enhance the precinct. In the meantime, we remain committed to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and landscaping that CIBE is known for.

Thank you for your continued support in keeping Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate a well-maintained and thriving precinct.
