Precinct update: enhancing security, landscaping, and community facilities

Security Enhancements on Crassula Road

Over the past 10 days, we’ve been closely monitoring security in the precinct, particularly on Crassula Road, following reports of attempted break-ins at a property. In response to these incidents, we have taken proactive measures to bolster security. Our security team is conducting extra patrols in the area, and we are trimming trees near the property to improve CCTV visibility. These steps are crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our precinct.

Spring Preparations: Landscaping and Cleaning Efforts

As we approach spring, our landscaping team has been hard at work replanting gardens across the precinct. This ongoing effort is focused on ensuring our green spaces are vibrant and ready to thrive as the season changes. A fun fact, we have  used 10 cubes of topsoil levelling verges on Crassula Road in the month. Preparing these gardens now sets the stage for a colourful and flourishing environment in the coming months, contributing to the overall appeal and sustainability of our precinct.

Community Development: Launch of the Trading Container

We are excited to announce that the Management Association-funded trading container is finally up and running. After facing a few delays, the container is now in use, providing a valuable space for local trade. The trader began operating from the container this week, marking a significant milestone in our efforts to support local businesses and enhance community facilities within CIBE.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to improve and maintain the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate.
