Spring preparations: new gardens and sustainable landscaping at CIBE

Our dedicated teams at the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE) have been making significant progress in enhancing our precinct’s beauty and sustainability over the past week. Here’s a closer look at what we’ve been up to:

Installing New Gardens at Precinct Pylons and Tottum Road

Our landscaping team has been hard at work installing new gardens at key locations, including the precinct pylons and Tottum Road. These installations are part of our larger strategy to prepare various areas for the upcoming growing season. While the gardens are already taking shape, their full splendour will be most appreciated in spring, when the growing season is in full swing.

Preparing for the Growing Season

Beyond the current installations, we are proactively preparing additional locations throughout the precinct for new gardens. By laying the groundwork now, we aim to ensure these areas are ready to flourish once the growing season begins, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Embracing Sustainable Landscaping

Sustainability is at the heart of our landscaping efforts. We are incorporating waterwise plants in all our new garden installations. These plants are selected for their ability to thrive with minimal water, helping us conserve this precious resource. To further support our water conservation efforts, we are applying mulch to our gardens. Mulch helps retain soil moisture, reduces the need for frequent watering, and improves soil health while keeping weeds at bay.

Our continuous efforts in cleaning, greening, and maintenance are aimed at making CIBE a more attractive and sustainable space for all. We appreciate the ongoing support and cooperation of our community members in these initiatives.
