The new year kicked off with purpose in the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE) as our Cleaning, Greening, and Maintenance (CGM) teams returned from the December break energised and ready to tackle the peak summer maintenance period.
398 refuse bags filled: A clean return to routine
January saw the collection of 398 refuse bags β a clear reflection of the teamβs intensive efforts in catching up after the holiday period and ensuring that the precinct remains clean, litter-free, and presentable for returning businesses and visitors.
Landscaping back on track across the precinct
With grass growth accelerated by recent rainfall and warm temperatures, the team focused on cutting, edging, and weeding verges and gardens, bringing all landscaping work up to date within the first few weeks of the year. The gardens and public spaces are once again looking neat and well-maintained.

In addition to routine litter collection and grass cutting, the CGM team also addressed verge repairs, tree trimming, and sweeping across high-traffic areas in the precinct. These tasks not only enhance the precinctβs visual appeal but also contribute to the overall safety and accessibility of shared spaces.

As we move further into the year, our focus will remain on keeping pace with seasonal growth, while also preparing for key infrastructure and greening upgrades. Consistent maintenance remains essential in ensuring CIBE continues to set the standard as a sought-after industrial and logistics node in the region.
