August saw continued investment in the appearance, functionality and sustainability of Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate, with CIBEMA’s teams completing a range of cleaning, greening and maintenance activities across the precinct.
Key Maintenance & 352 Refuse Bags Used in August
Throughout the month, teams focused on routine upkeep as well as targeted improvements, including:
- Clearing 352 refuse bags in the month
- Verge maintenance across the precinct
- Grass cutting and general landscaping upkeep
- Repairs to damaged road signs
- Replacement and maintenance of bollards
- Tree trimming to improve visibility and appearance
- Alien vegetation control
- Landscaping restoration following infrastructure works
The team also focused on aesthetic improvements, including new tree planting along Tottum Road, maintenance of tree rings throughout the precinct and landscaping rehabilitation following municipal infrastructure projects.
With spring around the corner, the work completed during August has created a strong foundation for seasonal growth throughout the precinct.
