EThekwini Municipality has released its fourth Supplementary Valuation Roll for the 2017 General Valuation. The roll was published on 21 May 2020 and is open for inspection until 31 July 2020.
Property owners are encouraged to inspect the roll to determine whether the entries reflected therein are a correct reflection of their property.
The property owner may lodge an objection if he/she feels that the valuation is either too high or too low.
