Landscaping Crew Supervisor, Sphamandla Ndlela (left), is leaving the CIBE to further his career on another site. Having been with us since 2017, he led an amazing crew of two members where they carried out great work within the precinct. Spha enjoyed seeing CIBE’s growth happen right before him and being part of a team that encourages growth and development. To date, the landscaping team has grown to eight crew members including the supervisor. We would like to thank Spha for all his hard work, dedication and sharing his green finger talents with us. We wish him well for the future.
We’d like to welcome our new supervisor, Thabiso Majiya (right), and look forward to working alongside him as we continue to transforming the precinct to the CIBE Management Association’s vision. Thabiso has been with Servest Landscaping for nine years doing installations and maintenance. He is looking forward to being part of the team and to make a positive difference in the area.
