The area between Belladonna Road as seen from where it meets Syringa Road at night, is now lit up by the newly repaired lights. The eThekwini Municipality (eTM) have been on site at CIBE for the past two months repairing the estate’s street lighting and now the total lights are working at approximatly 82%.
