As summer starts to taper off and the rains begin to ease, the Cleaning, Greening, and Maintenance (CGM) teams in the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE) have remained consistently active in maintaining the precinct. Despite frequent rainfall and some disruptive weather events, our teams have kept the precinct looking neat, safe, and accessible.
Ongoing Maintenance Despite Wet Conditions
Throughout March, our CGM teams continued their routine activities with dedication. Tasks included clearing walkways, sweeping, and managing minor washaways. Thankfully, the precinct did not experience any major storm-related damage during the monthβs heavier downpours. Our preventative maintenance approach has helped mitigate the impact of the rainy season.

Post-Storm and Protest Clean-Up on Syringa Road
A key focus area this month was Syringa Road, where our team was deployed to clean up after both protest-related activity and storm debris. These efforts ensured that roadways remained clean and accessible, restoring order quickly and efficiently.
Seasonal Shift in Focus
With the peak growing season coming to an end, the demand for regular grass cutting is beginning to slow down. This shift allows us to reallocate time and resources to other CGM projects across the precinct. While grass and verge cutting will continue as needed, weβll begin focusing more on value-add maintenance and improvement work in the coming weeks.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the next season, our teams are preparing to take on additional projects aimed at enhancing the precinctβs functionality and appearance. We remain committed to keeping CIBE clean, green, and well-maintained for all who work and operate here.
Stay tuned for continued updates as we transition from reactive maintenance to proactive improvement projects across the precinct.
