The CIBE is growing rapidly. There are currently 10 projects under construction (depicted as orange in the image) with a further 8 projects under Design Review (depicted as blue). The grey blocks indicate the numerous sites that have been successfully completed and occupied. At the moment, the Hirt & Carter property is approaching completion with a phased occupation starting in the next few weeks. We are looking forward to seeing even further growth of the CIBE and will continue communicating the relevant updates.
