Restored Services; 4 Faults Reported, 2 Resolved

Municipal Services

February saw continued municipal service delivery improvements across the Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate (CIBE), with key infrastructure maintenance enhancing both safety and functionality within the precinct. Four faults were reported this month, and two have been resolved.

Road Marking Renewal Improves Visibility

During the month, eThekwini Municipality completed the road marking renewal programme in the precinct. The refreshed markings have significantly improved the visibility and navigability of the precinct’s roads, supporting safer vehicle movement for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Sewer Blockage and Overflow Attended to on Syringa Road

In addition to road infrastructure upgrades, eThekwini Municipality was on site to attend to the recurring sewer blockage and overflow at the bottom of Syringa Road.Β Ongoing coordination with municipal teams remains essential in addressing service delivery challenges and maintaining a clean, compliant, and well-managed industrial precinct.

Maintaining Infrastructure Standards

With road markings refreshed and sewer maintenance addressed, CIBE continues to benefit from proactive infrastructure management. These interventions play a critical role in ensuring that the precinct remains safe, operational, and attractive to existing and prospective investors.
